Shipping Policy

We currently ship to selected regions. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships

Delivery Time

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days
  • International orders: 7–14 business days (may vary by location)

Please note: delivery times may be affected by customs, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Sale items are final sale

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are subject to availability
  • Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed to original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible

When we open pre-orders for an upcoming drop, here's what to know:

Delivery

  • Pre-order items ship once production is complete — delivery timelines are extended beyond our standard windows
  • You'll receive updates on your delivery status after your order confirmation email

Pricing

  • Pre-orders are offered at an early bird discount — a limited-time price available only while the pre-order window is open
  • Once the window closes, pricing returns to standard retail

Cancellations

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
  • After that, orders are locked in as production planning begins
